Happy Monday everyone! I hope you had a wonderful weekend and aren’t to upset that it’s Monday already!

Need a little motivation to get you through the work day, don’t worry I got you covered! This Monday Motivation is all about simple and easy ways to jump start your day off on right foot and keep it going all week long!

Below I share my top 15 ways to help jump start your day!

1.Don’t reach for your phone to scroll through Instagram just yet. Hit your alarm off and get up!

2. Stand up next to your bed and close your eyes. Take a couple of deep breathes in. Spend 2-3 minutes in silence inhaling & exhaling. Meditate or pray.

3. Drink a cool glass of water. Not only does the cold water help rev up your “innards” it helps wake you up!

( Obviously you need to brush your teeth, wash your face and get ready at some point)

4. Make yourself a strong caffeinated drink of your choice like coffee or tea!

5. Tell yourself it is going to be a good day.

6. Read something inspirational, from scripture, a book, etc.

7. Get your blood pumping, either wake up extra early and go for a walk or a run or do something like jumping jacks in the corner to get your blood circulating.

8. Do a load of laundry before work or run the dishwasher.

9. Look in the mirror and say one positive thing about yourself that you love.

10. Pray for someone other than yourself.

11. Listen to music as your get ready.

12. Write your fears for the day in a journal and leave them there.

13. Put yourself together in something that makes you  feel confident.

14. Delete apps that you don’t need.
