Recently, I chopped off all my hair. Growing it out since freshman year of college my hair has seen better days. Wanting a fresh start and a new do, I decided to go shorter. Which at first was a very frightening thought. I have gone short before and hated it! Why would I do this to myself again, you might ask? Well, I took that leap of faith and ended up loving it!

I thought I wouldn’t be able to do anything fun or creative with my hair but now i’ve realized I am actually doing more with my hair short than ever did with it being long. Hairstyle 1: Top Knot With Waves

Using your curling iron or wand, curl the bottom part of your hair, while leaving the top part pinned up or off your face. Once you have created your perfect wave, grab the top portion of your hair and make it into a bun. I like to bobby pin my bun down for extra support!

Hairstyle 2: Wavy With Side Braids

You can either curl your entire hair or just curl the bottom part. Starting from the front start forming your braid one piece of hair over the other until you have reach the back, pin it with a bobby pin and repeat on the other side. After both braids meet tie it with hair tie.

Hairstyle 3: Braids!

Two simple braids, if you can french braid go for it if not just your normal left over right braid will do!
