Grilled Corn with DIY Herb Butter 

Grilled corn is so simple to do and makes a delicious side dish to any meal. It’s flavor marries very well with others, the pairings are endless.  We love adding flavored butter to our the hot corns so each bite awakens our taste buds. Below we show you a how to on making your own herb butter.

For the Grilled Corn: 

1-4 ears of  organic corn (amount varies on guests)

1 stick of you herb butter. (1/2 cup)

Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions: 

Shuck, clean, and grill corn for about 10- 15 minutes, rotating every 5.

Once off grill, slather 1 table spoon of your herb butter, sprinkle salt and pepper for taste.

How to Make Your Own Flavored Butter:

Ingredients:

½ cup of unsalted butter room temperature

¼ teaspoon of salt

1 garlic clove minced

1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes

1 tablespoon of  chopped chives

Instructions:

Prep counter space with plastic wrap, in a bowl add soften butter, pinch of salt and start mixing it with a spatula. Once incorporated add garlic & chive, mix until combined. Place herb butter onto plastic wrap. Roll butter into a log shape, once formed close both ends and refrigerate for at least an hour.

Bring out when ready to coat corn!
